Room 1 are learning Kiwaha - te reo Maori slang.
In pairs they made a Google Slide presentation and learnt how to embed sound for the pronunciation.

Kia ora and welcome to Room 1 blog for 2017. We are a class of energetic year 5/6 learners and our teacher for most of the year was Mrs Poole, now for the last five weeks we have the dynamic duo of Mrs Harding and Mrs Madden!
